Shipping policy

The order will be processed as soon as possible, and sent as soon as it's ready. I am the same and only person in this shop: painting, working with the print office, order processing, packing and sending. I work part time as an animal doctor at a clinic and I only work with this store 3 days a week, so please understand that the order processing time will be longer than for larger companies with employees.

The regular order processing time is currently 1-3 weeks from receiving your order but occasional longer processing times can occur due to holidays, or 3rd parties delays such as the printing office, or postal office opening hours. You'll recieve an email when the order is sent. Please use the contact form if you have questions about this.

When the packed order to the Norwegian postal office and you'll receive a tracking number to see your order under way. Any questions about the delivery after the order is sent, need to be directed to the postal service handling the shipping.

If your order is shipped in different containers, it will be specified in the information you recieve.
